Position description: Prep Cooks are responsible for preparing and cooking orders per recipe guidelines, preparing batters, slicing meats and vegetables. You will be in charge of restocking and maintaining workstations to assure plenty of product is always available, and for cleaning of all workstations at the end of the day, including sweeping and mopping of floors.

Additional Description: Prepare food for our salad bar. Includes cutting vegetables, baking pies, reading recipes and preparing salads from scratch, cleaning area, and stocking and cleaning salad bar in dining room, This is a night time position from 3pm - approximately 11pm.

In the area: They should visit the Buffalo Bill Museum, can go to Old Trail Town. There is lots of outdoor hiking, biking, recreation center, fishing, etc.

Provided by Host: We take them to the Rodeo, to visit Yellowstone Park, White Water rafting some neighboring towns.
