Position description: Sales Helpers are responsible for interacting with customers in an effort to provide them with a high quality shopping experience, handling US currency, and attending to non-sales related duties (i.e. cleaning, merchandising, inventory management).

Additional description: You will receive $15.50 per hour up to 40 hours and $22.50 per hour for every hour over 40 hours.  Exemplary employees may have the opportunity to work overtime. This allows you to make more than two jobs at $15.50 per hour or a job at a lower hourly rate and tips.  Some students have worked up to 60 hours per week.  In addition, all employees receive a 30% discount on items purchased at the T-Shirt Factory.  Become part of the T-Shirt Factory Family!
