Position description: Hospitality Crewmembers are responsible for laundry and housekeeping, kitchen and dining help, guest services, front desk, and groundskeeping/maintenance.
Additional description: The "End of Season Bonus" which will be $500.00 paid to each exchange student employee that is employed in the summer program completing all assignments and who must be in good standing with the company during their employment period. All exchange students have all taken a second job position in the hotel's dining room, kitchen or laundry. Students with experience in the dining room and lounge areas maybe assigned there also. Rooms are provided to the students at no cost to them during their employment period. All Hospitality Crew Members will be assigned to one or more job options based on the resort needs and your skills, experience and availability. This includes but is not limited to the Housekeeping Department (Cleaning Rooms, change bedding, sanitize bathrooms, hard and soft surfaces, vacuum surfaces and remove waste and used linen for cleaning, or Hospitality Crew Members will be assigned to the Laundry Department (sorting linens, placing linens in bins, placing linens in washers, then upon completion placing washed linens in dryers to dry. Pulling dry linens from dryers to be folding linens in appropriate manor for house use or commercial client uses including wrapping various linens. Inventory counts of linens and weights collected on linens for shipping to client. Some Hospitality Crew Members with dining room experience will working shifts in the various positions within the dining room including as servers, bussers and hostess or host. Work opportunity in maintenance including painting, light repairs or groundskeeping, light landscaping are available with some experience. Front Desk Agents providing services to our room's guests and dining rooms guests are open also upon the resorts needs and your experience in these fields.
In the area: There are many restaurants, clothing and outlet stores, movie theaters, et cetera that are a short drive from the job site. The Inn is located in a very rural area in the beautiful New Hampshire White Mountains, with many outdoor activities including hiking, climbing, biking, swimming, and boating. The days are warm, and the nights can get cooler, especially into September and October.
