Position description: Housekeepers are responsible for cleaning rooms, vacuuming, changing linens and towels, making beds, cleaning bathrooms, and doing laundry. This position can be physically demanding and you may be required to use chemical cleaning products.

Additional description: If you are looking for a place to work that is very safe and in a naturally beautiful environment this is the place to be! There are many beautiful beaches and parks and lots of good food and shopping close by. We live in a very safe area so you will be comfortable going out at any time of day or night. To be prepared for your job bring comfortable shoes and clothes to work in. Employees are responsible for checking the schedule and showing up on time on the correct days. There is an end of season bonus for students that stay until their contract end date, it is a performance based bonus. It is $1 per hour worked all added up for a bonus at the end of your contract date!

In the area: Bridges non profit organization has many cultural events for students to participate in, we have a poster of their weekly events hung up in employee break area. The Bridges group offers parties and excursions throughout the summer that show the students the fun activities that Door County has to offer such as boating, kayaking, segways, sports and barn dance. The summer is ended with a talent show.

Provided by Host: Employee housing is a mix of foreign students and local American employees. This allows for fellowship and friendships that cross cultural boundaries. We also have gatherings outside of the home environment from time to time such as bonfires and picnics.
