Position description: Prep Cooks are responsible for preparing and cooking orders per recipe guidelines, preparing batters, slicing meats and vegetables.

Additional Description: You will be in charge of restocking and maintaining workstations to assure plenty of product is always available, and for cleaning of all workstations at the end of the day, including sweeping and mopping of floors.

In the area: We have a staff of about 60 people in the summer. Most of the staff will be from the USA. We will only hire a few J1 students. They will also have the opportunity to interact with guests. Our guests love to meet our foreign workers every summer.

Provided by Host: The lodge hosts the annual Gunflint Canoe Races. It is a local event where residents and guests participate in various canoe races and raffels.
