Position description: Hosts/hostesses are responsible for helping customers, seating them, taking their orders, using a cash register, and keeping the host station clean. You should also be prepared to help out where needed and in general help keep the restaurant clean and running smoothly.

In the area: Usually they talk with customers and then improve their language skill and expand their knowledge about American culture. We are in a busy tourist area and students will meet people from all over America. Many golf courses here, beautiful beaches many festivals in the park across the street.
