Position description: Kitchen Helpers are responsible for washing and re-shelving dishware and glassware, emptying garbage, sweeping and mopping floors, wiping down food service tables, cleaning appliances, chopping vegetables, and assisting the cook.

Additional Description: Also busing tables for the waitresses and customers. No tips in the kitchen pay is 11.00 and busing is 7.50 plus tips from waitresses.

In the area: We have about 50 to 70 people that work for us and everyone needs to communicate. If they would have taken a housekeeping or lifeguard job that would have given them very little communication with people. My staff works hard but we have more fun than most places with a lot of laughs and jokes.The food is mostly American seafood and it's a baseball town. I will make sure the girls get to watch the fire works on the 4th of July and will do fun American type things with them on days off on free time.
