Position description: Baristas will be responsible for making coffee and/or tea beverages to order. Baristas will be expected to learn to properly use and clean all related machinery (espresso machines, milk steamers, etc.), take customer orders and handle cash sales at a register in a fast-paced environment.

In the area: Cape Cod has great restaurants, an active nightlife combined with great beaches (Castle, Maenporth, Swanpool, and Gyllyngvase to name a few in Falmouth). Located so close to the water gives you easy access to boat rentals, beach activities, fishing charters and tours, herring runs and great hiking and biking trails! It also provides you access to Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket as well. There is bus transportation to Hyannis which is a great place for shopping and the Hyannis Airport which is popular for a skydiving experience. The Barnstable Fair comes to town for 2 weeks during the summer and is not only a great experience for students but some were even able to work there as a second job! There is also a weekend long Pow Wow in Mashpee which gives a look into American Indian Culture! Be sure to also check out Woods Hole Science Aquarium, Cape Cod Winery, Bad Martha Farmer's Brewery, and of course lots of great shops!
