Position description: Housekeepers are responsible for cleaning rooms, vacuuming, changing linens and towels, making beds, cleaning bathrooms, and doing laundry. This position can be physically demanding and you may be required to use chemical cleaning products that could contain allergens. 

Additional Description: Yellowstone Riverside Cottages hotel housekeepers' responsibilities are as follows: 1) maintain guest rooms, guest entry area, and public areas in a clean and orderly manner. Job duties may include: • Cleaning guest rooms • laundry • Demonstrate a high level of customer service. Respond to and take appropriate action to resolve concerns and complaints of guests. • Keep manager informed of situations relating to facility operation, patron complaints or concerns, accidents, emergency situations, damages, and potential safety hazards. • Attend departmental and team meetings and training. • Perform all duties in a safe manner. 2) other duties as assigned

In the area: There are many activities available such as touring Yellowstone National Park, rafting, hiking, and zip lining. Besides the monthly activities, as housekeeper the students will have daily interaction with the hotel guests and will also work closely with the manager and other staff at our hotel.
