Position description: Housekeepers are responsible for cleaning rooms, vacuuming, changing linens and towels, making beds, cleaning bathrooms, and doing laundry.
Additional Description: Ensuring our guests have a good experience while staying consists of cleaning hotel rooms and interacting with guests about their needs. Housing is brand new with full kitchen and is on site. Also free - all rent monies are returned at the end of your contract. Cody is a friendly and fun Mountain town with a lot to do. Several students come to this resort town every summer.
In the area: You live and work at the same property which is located in downtown so you can walk to the museums, art galleries, shopping, dining and festivals that go on all summer long. Cody is a beautiful mountainous area with lots to see and do. You will have the opportunity to experience Yellowstone National Park and there are several tours that go daily to the park. There is a Rodeo every night in Cody, daily white water rafting/kayaking, horseback riding, hiking and fishing. The Buffalo Bill Center of the West (Smithsonian Institute) is a world renowned museum and is only 2 blocks from the hotel, admission to the museum is free for our employees. Annually there are several festivals and special events (ex. Native American Indian Pow Wow, art and craft fairs, horse shows, etc.) to attend. Birthday parties for staff are held on property as well.
