Position: Hosts/hostess $14.00+tip, Bus Person $14.00+tip, Dishwasher $18.00

Position description: Prep Cooks are responsible for preparing and cooking orders per recipe guidelines, preparing batters, slicing meats and vegetables. You will be in charge of restocking and maintaining workstations to assure plenty of product is always available, and for cleaning of all workstations at the end of the day, including sweeping and mopping of floors.

Additional Description: West Shore Cafe & Inn is hiring Prep Cooks and Line Cooks!

Prep Cooks will prepare all whole food items, salads, dressings, and other various tasks as assigned.
Line Cooks are responsible for the day-to-day production, preparation, and execution of all food items hot and cold.
All Cooks will maintain a clean work environment and minimize food waste.

Fine dining cooking experience desired. Seasonal job offer to start, with opportunity for year round employment for the right fit. Prep Cooks have the opportunity to move into Line Cook positions with successful evidence of BOH experience and skill sets that meets or exceeds Executive Chef's expectations.
