Position: Fast Food Crew, Bus Person

Position description: Kitchen Helpers are responsible for washing and re-shelving dishware and glassware, emptying garbage, sweeping and mopping floors, wiping down food service tables, cleaning appliances, chopping vegetables, and assisting the cook.

Additional Description: Working is a high-paced kitchen environment and learning every station from our Experience Kitchen Manager. Each member of the Kitchen Staff is trained and then placed in the appropriate position to work...from dishwasher, salad, food prep, steam table, grill and fryer are some of the various positions. We employ over 17 individuals with varying degrees of skill. A willingness to learn and a positive attitude make for a winning combination in any workplace !n lieu of bonuses, our company does reward employees for doing a great job! When employees have their evaluations , we are always eager to reward employees with raises for a job well done during the season. Every employee has the opportunity to increase their hourly rate based on above-average job performance.

In the area: While working, you will have the opportunity to interact with Americans on a daily basis. The Boardwalk Family of Restaurants also hosts social activities for all of our employees.
