Position description: Ride Operators are responsible for displaying a professional, pleasant attitude to all customers. Job duties for this position may include starting and stopping amusement park rides, assisting guests on rides, and giving safety instructions to guests. Students may be expected to work in other areas of the store as directed by management.

Additional Description: Employee need to safely operate amusement rides and will also be operating amusement games. Safety is the most important part of the ride operator positions and fast efficient game operation is the most important part of operating the games. Work with children and families on vacation improving your English over the summer.

In the area: Daily students interact with American families that are on vacation. 99% of their employment involves customer interaction. There are local historical sites to visit as well as bus trips to major cities during the summer. Funland offers employee bumper car nights, three game tournaments, employee picnic, end of season raffle, etc. Also, every Sunday we offer a pizza to our staff after we hold an employee meeting!
