Position: Hosts/hostess, Front Desk, Bartender, Groundskeeper, Cook, Housekeeper

Position description: Waitstaff are responsible for waiting on customers, answering questions, writing down lunch and dinner orders, serving food and drinks, refilling water, dealing with U.S. currency, and possibly setting and clearing tables.

Additional Description: Food servers perform a variety of tasks, from preparing the food, stocking supplies, serving, charging people for their food, handling cash, credit cards, and a cash register, cleaning tables and counters, resetting tables, greeting customers and answering questions in a fun relaxed environment. All on beautiful Lake Charlevoix.

In the area: Students will have access to the swimming pool as well as the beaches. Students will be able to witness and work at American Weddings. WE host Sail boat racing, and have multiple BBQs throughout the summer. There really is no better place in the world then Northern Michigan in the summer.
