Position description: Servers are responsible for waiting on customers, answering questions, writing down lunch and dinner orders, serving food and drinks, refilling water, dealing with U.S. currency, and setting and clearing tables.

Additional Description: Position Information: Rotational Service Assistant Compensation: $12.00 per hour + room + partial board This program is a summer position, from Early June through mid-September. Each hire is guaranteed 35-40 per week. Holiday weeks are very busy, therefore overtime will occur, expect to work over 40 hours and receiving overtime pay. Position Description: Rotations through the Dining Room and Pavilion Food Service Facilities: • Pavilion –Is our poolside restaurant facility open 7 days a week. Duties include cashiering, cleaning, stocking, setting up and serving of the members and facility as well as working with the pavilion team and the immediate supervisors. • .Dining Room – Is our clubhouse restaurant open 5 days a week. Duties include greeting and serving members, setting up, cleaning and working with the dining room team as well as the dining room manager • Shifts will differ day to day. Expect to work 6-8 hours on weekdays (Monday-Thursday) and up to 14 hours on weekends (Friday-Sunday). These hours are subject to change, but are a guideline to understand. • Two days are given off per week, they will be given Monday-Thursday and may vary week to week. You are expected to work weekends, as these are our peak days.

In the area: They will be working with staff that live, work and go to school in the New York Area. As well as servicing membership families from the area. Beach Point club is 40 minutes by train from Mid-town Manhattan, so they would have opportunity to explore a major metropolis.
