Position description: Kitchen Helpers are responsible for washing and re-shelving dishware and glassware, emptying garbage, sweeping and mopping floors, wiping down food service tables, cleaning appliances, chopping vegetables, and assisting the cook.

Additional Description: These positions will reguire shared responsibilities. Duties include prepping food for meals, preparing kitchen for opening (setting up line) and stacking and shelving items in dry storage and freezers/coolers Depending on language skill there will also be busing responsibility in the dining room. Also, clean up will be shared by employees. They will be trained and guided by head cooks and the restaurant owners.

In the area: All the activities (mountain sports) in the area will be available to the students. Our summer season is very popular with visitors from around the world.

Provided by Host: Attending the local Rocky Mountain Reparatory Theater, water sports on lake, horseback riding, hiking, white water rafting and a plethora of other cultural activities in nearby Denver.
