Position description: Food and Beverage Assistants are responsible for waiting on customers, answering customer questions, setting up and clearing tables, and assisting servers.

Additional Description: General cleaning: dishes, mopping, cleaning counters and other areas Preparing items for sale: clams, whole fish, fish fillet, shrimp Loading and maintaining equipment for private parties Beach party set ups Must be able to lift and carry at least 40LBs.
