Position description: Food and Beverage Assistants are responsible for waiting on customers, answering customer questions, setting up and clearing tables, and assisting servers.

Additional Description: Crew members assist the head cook in the kitchen with food prep, some cooking, cleaning, and dishwashing. There is also an onsite bakery where they can assist, as well.

In the area: There is hiking, sightseeing, an hour trip to Canada. The students will have the opportunity to assist in cooking, and baking for weddings and events. There is a lake on the property with many water activities. The camp staff typically pick a different sightseeing opportunity weekly.

Provided by Host: Day trips taken to Boston, Montreal, nearby shopping, hiking. The camp itself has different cultural experiences each week with the different arts and music groups attending camp.
