Position description: Front Desk positions are responsible for displaying a professional, pleasant attitude to all customers. Job duties include greeting guests, taking reservations, checking people in and out, helping guest with problems, answering phones, handling U.S. currency, and general office help. This position requires excellent skills in English. This position will provide the opportunity to work directly with the public and gain skills in American customer service.

Additional Description: Front desk clerk will be responsible for answering the phone and checking voicemail, making reservations, and checking in and out guests.

In the area: International night every Tuesday. Biking, hiking, kayaking boating. Downtown there is live entertainment, restaurants, bars and shopping. The tall ship Niagra comes to port every year. We are about a mile from Perry's International Peace Memorial.
