Position description: Servers are responsible for waiting on customers, answering questions, writing down lunch and dinner orders, serving food and drinks, refilling water, dealing with U.S. currency, and setting and clearing tables.

Additional Description: Seeking friendly and energetic counter help for busy bakery in the Hamptons. Duties include helping customers, cash and credit card transactions, food & beverage service, and light cleaning. Must be professional and work well as a team in fast-paced retail environment.

In the area: East Hampton is only two hours away from New York City, and easily reachable by public transit. Students will be able to visit museums, attend theatre, visit cultural sites, and experience all of the cultural opportunities that the city offers.

Provided by Host: Students will be exposed to world cuisines and classic French pastry techniques. They will interact with fellow employees and customers from all over the world.
